With more than 24 years of strategic and operational business experience, Dick’s background includes a broad range of sales, marketing, channel, and alliance leadership roles with both market-leading and start-up companies. With a central passion anchored in organizational partnering and team collaboration, Dick and his teams have negotiated, developed and managed thousands of channel and alliance relationships across industries, governments and international geographies. Accumulated along the way are the lifecycle and infrastructure “systems,” processes, methodologies and tools that form the core of AllianceVista’s solutions and service offerings.
Dick served from 2001 through 2004 on the global Board of Directors of the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals (A.S.A.P.) www.strategic-alliances.org as vice chairman of the board responsible for strategic planning. He founded the Silicon Valley Chapter of A.S.A.P. in March 2000 and served as the Chapter president through September 2001.
